Sr. Product Manager, International

Tandem Diabetes Care seeks an International Senior Product Manager to advance its international product portfolio and represent customer needs across global markets. The role involves managing product configurations, roadmaps, and cross-functional collaboration to support market expansion and continuous process improvement.

• Develop strategy for international product portfolio and manage configuration, scope, and roadmap timing through launch and scaling
• Identify market-specific requirements through voice of customer research and propose evolution plans supported by business cases
• Conduct market research and quantitative analysis to identify opportunities and inform product roadmaps
• Translate market and user requirements into product specifications working with engineering, regulatory, and quality teams
• Drive process improvement across international product delivery workflows including localization, operations, and early access programs

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, IT, health sciences, product management, business administration, or related field
• 8+ years product management, product development, or product planning experience
• Commercial medical device product delivery experience, preferably with mobile app and international components
• Demonstrated ability to translate business needs and regulatory guidance into market requirements
• Experience engaging with physicians and clinical stakeholders
• Strong cross-functional collaboration and process improvement skills
