- Review, draft, and negotiate standard and non-standard sales contracts for government and public health customers
- Prepare quotes, proposals, and high-volume administrative contracting documents
- Support Requests for Proposals (RFPs), sales agreements, and cross-divisional customer contracts
- Redline and revise government and public health agreements in coordination with legal teams
- Coordinate with Legal, Sales, Finance, and other internal stakeholders for contract approvals
- Ensure all contracts align with company policies, procedures, and compliance requirements
- Manage high-volume, fast-paced contract workflow with quick turnaround times
- Maintain accurate contract records using CLM, Salesforce, ERP, and Microsoft tools
- Participate in process improvement initiatives within the contracts department
- Train and support new team members on contracting processes and guidelines
- Cross-train on related contract functions to provide backup support as needed
- Support ad hoc projects and additional assignments from management
- 3+ years of experience in contract management, sales contracts, or RFP support
- Experience working with government or public sector contracts (public health/DOD preferred)
- Strong experience with CLM systems, Salesforce, ERP tools, and Microsoft Office
- Knowledge of contract drafting, redlining, and negotiation processes
- Strong understanding of RFP lifecycle and proposal development
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage high-volume workloads
- Strong time management and ability to meet tight deadlines
- Critical thinking and problem-solving abilities in contract structuring
- Experience working in cross-functional, fast-paced environments
Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Law, Finance, or related field preferred
