Assistant Director – La Petite Academy

We’re seeking an Assistant Director who will partner with the School Director to ensure the safe, effective operation of the school and lead all facets of daily operations. In the Director’s absence, the Assistant Director will assume full responsibility for the school, providing a nurturing, educational environment that supports the social, physical, and intellectual development of our children.

Responsibilities

    Ensure the school operates in accordance with company and state licensing standards.
  • Responsible:
    Foster an educational, caring, and safe environment for children and parents.
  • Creative:
    Spark imagination, build self‑esteem, and help children discover new things each day.
  • Positive:
    Promote a positive image of the company and become a key advocate for the communities served.
  • Team‑oriented:
    Recruit, select, and retain quality staff.
  • Dedicated:
    Help achieve profitability for the company.
Requirements
  • Must be at least 21 years of age.
  • Must have previous leadership experience and at least 1 year working in a licensed childcare facility.
  • High School diploma or equivalent.
  • Must meet state educational requirements and our center/school requirements.
Compensation & Benefits
  • Compensation $24.18–$25.12 based on education and experience. Bi‑weekly and Daily Pay options.
  • Health insurance, medical, dental, vision, and FSA for full‑time employees; limited medical for part‑time workers.
