Benefits also include 8 paid holidays, paid sick and vacation time accrued throughout the year. The pay range for this position is $46.68-$67.16 hourly, with offers based on experience.
The Senior Special Inspector II will oversee construction projects, ensuring adherence to contract and subcontract terms, performance standards, quality requirements, and engineering specifications. Reporting to the Project Manager or Construction Manager, the Senior Inspector will monitor and document project progress, playing a critical role in successful project execution. MUST have a CWI certification.
Responsibilities include:
Qualifications and Education Requirements
- 10-15+ years of experience in construction supervision.
- Strong understanding of construction contracts, subcontracts, and specifications.
- Proven record of ensuring project performance and quality.
- Excellent documentation and reporting skills.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Appropriate certifications: CWI, ICC, ACI, AWS, and/or Nuclear Gauge.
- Minimum five years of construction-related experience.
- High school diploma or GED.
- Valid California Driver’s License with a clean driving record.
