Superintendent - Multifamily Construction

Webuild () is actively seeking a highly experienced Lead Superintendent to take charge of overseeing the construction and development of multi-family development projects throughout the bustling Sacramento marketplace.

The ideal candidate would have proven track record in the construction management field, particularly with a minimum of 10 years of experience, including at least 5 years dedicated to multi-family and/or senior living facility construction environments. Your expertise should encompass a wide range of skills, including the ability to assess construction schedules, effectively manage subcontractors, conduct thorough inspections, and efficiently process change orders and RFI's as needed, particularly for new construction and complex redevelopment projects.

• Direct onsite construction for a portfolio of projects from rough grade through project closeout.
• Provide project-level field direction.
• Oversee trades, schedule management, RFI handling, submittals, materials procurement, personnel management, and inspections.
• Ensure successful completion of projects, whether new construction or intricate renovations. Typical project scope: $10 to $50 million.

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related industry experience.
• Minimum 10 years of construction management experience, with at least 5 years in multi-family and/or senior living facility construction.
• Strong construction management, communication skills, and proficiency in MS Office and Project software.
