VP of Construction - Commercial Development

Based in Sacramento, we are a commercial development company specializing in unique properties in the local market. Our diverse portfolio includes mixed-use buildings, universities, regional power centers, and retail centers.

Key national clients we have worked with include Target, Costco, Kohl's, Safeway, Walmart and more.

We have a large pipeline of work and a great reputation in the industry. This VP position will be first-in-command behind the CEO and is strictly focused on construction with 85% of the work being unsupervised.

• Leadership of construction or expansion for a retail or restaurant chain, OR at least ten years working directly for a real estate developer
• Decade of hands-on construction management
• Decade as a tradesman
• Accurate cost estimating, sound value engineering, realistic scheduling, and fast problem-solving
• Five years of recent experience working in California
