Ultimate Staffing is seeking a professional and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to serve as the primary point of contact for clients, vendors, and internal teams. This role is responsible for providing exceptional customer support, coordinating communication between departments, managing service requests, and ensuring a positive customer experience.
Responsibilities- Answer and direct incoming phone calls, emails, and customer inquiries in a professional and timely manner.
- Assist customers with questions regarding projects, services, scheduling, and account information.
- Coordinate communication between customers, project managers, field staff, and vendors.
- Schedule appointments, consultations, and service calls.
- Maintain accurate customer records and update information within company databases.
- Track and follow up on customer requests, ensuring issues are resolved promptly.
- Prepare and distribute correspondence, work orders, and project-related documentation.
- Support administrative functions, including filing, data entry, and document management.
- Process customer payments, invoices, and service-related paperwork as needed.
- Handle customer concerns professionally and elevate issues when appropriate.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Follow company policies, safety guidelines, and confidentiality standards.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- 1-3 years of customer service, administrative support, or office experience preferred.
- Experience in construction, contracting, property management, or a related industry is a plus.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel).
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Professional demeanor with strong problem-solving abilities.
- Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented.
- Experience scheduling field technicians or construction crews.
- Familiarity with construction terminology and project workflows.
- CRM or project management software experience.
- Competitive pay at $22.00/hour
- Full-Time, Monday-Friday - Standard business hours with occasional flexibility based on business needs.
