Chat Support Agent

We are seeking a reliable and customer-focused

to join our growing remote support team. As a Chat Support Agent, you will provide real‑time assistance to customers through our online chat platform, helping resolve inquiries, issues, and guiding them through products and services.

• Respond promptly to customer inquiries via live chat
• Provide accurate, valid, and complete information using the right methods/tools
• Handle customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions within time limits
• Identify and assess customers' needs to achieve satisfaction
• Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times
• Document all interactions clearly and concisely

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Excellent written communication skills
• Typing speed of at least 40 WPM
• Basic computer proficiency and ability to multitask
• Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
