Project Coordinator - San Francisco, Sacramento, or San Jose, CA

HGA is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Project Coordinator to join our Northern California Healthcare practice group!

This is a fantastic opportunity for an emerging design professional to contribute to meaningful healthcare projects while gaining hands‑on experience in project coordination, technical documentation, and collaboration with seasoned architects, designers, and project managers.

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or a related field; eligible for licensure in California.
• LEED accreditation preferred.
• 5+ years of professional experience working on architectural projects; healthcare experience a plus but not required.
• Strong foundation in architectural design principles, building systems, and construction documentation.
• Proficiency in Revit is required; experience with AutoCAD, Sketch Up, Enscape, and Adobe Creative Suite desirable.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and project management tools beneficial.
• Excellent communication, time management, and organizational skills required.
• Progress toward architectural licensure encouraged; mentorship opportunities available.

The pay range listed aligns to the geography of the office for which this position is posted. Actual compensation will be based upon work experience, education, licensure requirements and/or skill level and will be finalized at the time of offer. Individuals in this role working more than 24 hours a week on a regular basis are eligible to participate in HGA’s robust benefit programs which include an annual bonus and success sharing bonus program, 401(k) guaranteed contribution, paid parental leave, medical, dental and life insurance plans as well as PTO and short- and long-term disability programs.

Salary Range: $86,300 - $106,600 depending on experience and qualifications.
