We’re looking for a dynamic designer to lead graphic creation, maintain our websites, and elevate online engagement.
Compensation & EmploymentBase pay range: $71,000 – $85,000 per year.
Full‑time / exempt.
Work Schedule:
Four‑day work week—two days in office and two days remote (with possible five‑day weeks during peak periods).
- Develop visual concepts and designs for logos, websites, social media graphics, infographics, print media, and paid ads.
- Lead A/B testing of creative designs in partnership with Social Media, Email, and Content teams.
- Maintain brand consistency across all materials.
- Collaborate with Philanthropy, Political, and Organizing departments to align designs with campaign goals.
- Oversee multiple projects, revise designs based on feedback, and meet deadlines.
- Stay current with design trends, tools, and best practices.
- Support website and UX improvements—optimize content, test landing pages, and enhance conversion rates.
- Implement SEO best practices and analyze web data using Google Analytics.
- Manage relationships with vendors such as Cornershop, Democracy Engine, and Act Blue.
- Project‑manage inter‑departmental campaigns.
- 5+ years designing digital channel content with measurable impact on engagement.
- Strong composition skills for striking layouts.
- Problem‑solving mindset for large‑scale projects.
- Experience leading digital campaigns end‑to‑end.
- Proficiency in UX design tools (Figma, Sketch, Framer).
- Experience with Word Press, Every Action, Act Blue, Pardot, Blackbaud, and Google Analytics tools.
- Proficiency in Adobe Suite (Photoshop, After Effects, Premiere).
- Excellent project management, critical thinking, and organization.
- Basic HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and accessibility testing tools.
- Familiarity with Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or Framer.
- Knowledge of typography, design systems, color theory, and layout.
- Experience working with C3, C4, and PAC organizations.
