This is a full‑time, on‑site role for a Project Manager, based in Rocklin, CA. The Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing all stages of project planning and execution, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and meet quality standards. Daily tasks include managing project timelines, coordinating teams, liaising with clients, expediting project materials and approvals, overseeing on‑site inspections, and managing logistics to streamline workflow.

The role also encompasses ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and maintaining strong communication with all stakeholders.

• Minimum 7–10 years of architectural project management experience, with at least 5 years working on OSHPD/HCAI healthcare projects.
• Proven ability to lead project teams, coordinate consultants, and manage client communications.
• Experience preparing and reviewing construction documents, specifications, and planning department submittals.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD; working knowledge of Revit preferred.
• Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, etc.).
• Strong understanding of detailing, construction practices, and building codes.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast‑paced environment.
