YOU WILL BE:
- Acting as the lead designer and primary point of contact for 6‑15 residential landscape design projects at a time at various stages, ensuring each meets Red Leaf Development’s standards of excellence.
- Working collaboratively with sales associates, clients, architects, interior designers, and other design professionals to develop cohesive and personalized designs.
- Building strong client relationships, listening to clients’ needs, educating them on design aspects, and ensuring their vision is translated into a successful, feasible project.
- Consulting with manufacturers to evaluate and select materials and finishes like pool plaster, concrete patios, and outdoor kitchen features that align with each client’s needs and project feasibility.
- Developing technical solutions and construction documents to ensure design integrity through all phases and supervising the preparation of architectural plans and renderings.
