Position DescriptionThe Department of Internal Medicine, Division of Endocrinology, at the University of California, Davis School of Medicine is recruiting for a full‑time faculty member in the Professor of Clinical X or Health Sciences Clinical Professor series at the Assistant/Associate/Full rank in endocrinology.
Faculty in the Clinical X series is expected to engage in professional competence and activity, teaching, research and creative work, and university/public service. Faculty in the Health Sciences Clinical Professor series are expected to engage in teaching, professional competence and activity, scholarly or creative activities, and university/public service.
ExpectationsThe selected candidate for this series is required to participate in inpatient consultation and outpatient clinical care; teaching medical students, residents, and fellows; university/public service; and regular attendance and participation at scheduled meetings and CME activities. The incumbent will be expected to provide expert clinical care in general endocrinology and diabetes, foster collegiality and work collaboratively in a diverse environment, and adhere to university and VA policies and procedures.

- Board certification/eligibility in Endocrinology, Diabetes and Metabolism
- Medical licensure or eligibility for licensure in California
- ACGME accredited fellowship in Endocrinology or equivalent
