We are looking for 4 physicians to serve our communities 55 miles north of Sacramento in Yuba City, Chico, and Los Molinas. 4 day work week available.

Anna Craig –  – anna

• $240,000 - $345,000 / year
• RVU incentives up to $32k
• Comprehensive benefits and loan repayment
• PTO + 9 holidays
• $3K CME per/year
• $5k for Board Cert.
• Extra $500/Month for overseeing midlevel
• License and Association dues covered
• $15k for sign-on and relocation

• Full time, Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm. Option to work 4 day, 10 hour shifts if desired.
• 20 patients/day but can see more if desired.
• Ability to see all ages.
• Option to add express care/urgent care shifts on the weekend for extra income.
• No nights/Weekends – great work/life balance.

• Founded in 1964, this FQHC now offers comprehensive medical, dental, behavioral health, pediatrics, chiropractic and specialty healthcare services in Butte, Colusa, Glenn, Sutter, Tehama and Yuba counties.
• This group has a total of 14 medical centers and 5 dental centers located throughout Northern California.

• MD/DO
• Must be Board Eligible/Board Certified in Family Medicine (or Internal Medicine Physician).
• Licensed in the State of CA and in Process.
