Position Title:

2026‑27 AY Lecturer Pool – Strategy & Entrepreneurship

The Department of Strategy & Entrepreneurship seeks part‑time lecturers to teach courses in Entrepreneurship, International Business, and Strategic Management in the BS/BA and MBA programs.

• Instruction of courses, including lesson planning, class preparation, and grading.
• Holding office hours of 45 minutes per week per 3-unit course.
• Completion of any additional duties assigned by the department, as needed.

• Master of Business Administration (MBA) or equivalent; for law‑related courses a Juris Doctor (JD) is required.
• Availability to teach and hold office hours face‑to‑face.

• Degree obtained from an AACSB accredited institution.
• Five years of related work experience.

Initial rank and salary are determined by the hiring department. Most new lecturers are hired as Lecturer A or

B. Salary ranges (full‑time rate, 15 weighted teaching units) are:

• Lecturer A: $5,507 – $6,677
• Lecturer B: $6,221 – $13,224
• Lecturer C: $6,825 – $14,523
• Lecturer D: $8,593 – $15,211

Appointments are typically for one semester; renewal may occur based on department needs, funding, and performance.
