- Building Guide Playbooks that document facilitation best practices, designing engaging learning experiences, and addressing common obstacles.
- Delivering consistent, practical feedback to Guides to elevate student participation and outcomes.
- Directly coaching a small student cohort, demonstrating expert motivation and mentorship techniques.
- Developing lesson plans—Guides handle adaptive‑app work; your focus is on training them as outstanding motivators.
- Compromising on high standards—excellence scores at 100% are expected.
- Running dull training sessions—dynamic, experiential learning is the approach.

Basic Requirements- Located in or willing to relocate to one of the specified Alpha campuses.
- Bachelor’s degree in any field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in education, learning and development, coaching, or a related field.
- Proven experience designing and implementing innovative educational programs, curricula, or training initiatives.
- Strong leadership and mentorship capabilities, building and inspiring high‑performing teams.
- Experience working with youth (ages 5‑18) in an educational or developmental setting.
- Proficiency in data analysis and using metrics for decision‑making and continuous improvement.
- Legal authorization to work in the United States.

Working With UsThis is a full‑time, long‑term (40 hours per week) contractor position. Compensation is $100/hr, which equals $200,000 per year assuming 40 hours per week and 50 weeks per year.
