The Learning Experience in Elk Grove is seeking an energetic and dedicated Preschool Teacher to guide children as they explore, grow, and build confidence in a nurturing classroom. This role is perfect for an educator who enjoys fostering curiosity and supporting developmental milestones for children ages three to five.

What You Will Do

* Create a warm, safe, and engaging classroom environment

* Support social, emotional, cognitive, and motor development through play based learning

* Plan and implement daily learning activities and classroom routines

* Guide children through meals, transitions, and structured learning times

* Communicate consistently with families to build strong relationships

* Implement The Learning Experience award winning L.E.A.P. Curriculum

* Maintain a clean, organized, and joyful classroom

California Requirements

* Must meet California licensing requirements

* At minimum must hold twelve ECE units

* CPR and First Aid certification required or willingness to obtain

What We Are Looking For

* Experience in preschool, childcare, or early childhood education preferred

* Positive, reliable, and attentive to safety and detail

* Passion for early childhood learning and development

Compensation: $17.50 - $21.00 per hour
