You will combine expert coaching ability with dynamic facilitation presence, delivering workshops, data-informed team sessions, and precise feedback that create powerful learning experiences. • Currently located in, or prepared to relocate for on‑site work at one of Alpha's campuses (Bethesda, MD;
  Boston, MA;
  Chicago, IL;
  Fort Lauderdale, FL;
  Seattle, WA; or CA:
  East Bay (San Francisco), Palo Alto, Santa Monica, or Los Angeles)
• Hold a Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
• Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in education, learning and development, coaching, or a closely related area.
• Proven track record of creating and executing innovative educational programs, curricula, or training solutions.
• Exceptional leadership and mentorship capabilities with experience building, managing, and inspiring high‑performing teams.
• Background working with young people (ages 5‑18) in educational or developmental settings.
• Skilled in data analysis and leveraging metrics to inform decisions and foster continuous improvement.
• Legal authorization to work in the United States.

This is a full‑time (40 hours per week), long‑term position. The position is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with Crossover as a Contractor of Record. The compensation level for this role is $100 USD/hour, which equates to $200,000 USD/year assuming 40 hours per week and 50 weeks per year. The payment period is weekly.
