Strong communication, credibility, and a proactive presence in the field are key to success here.
The HSE Officer will work closely with plant leadership and field personnel to ensure daily compliance with local, state, and federal safety standards while driving a safety culture that values trust, visibility, and operational awareness.

- Monitor compliance with environmental regulations (e.g., waste management, emissions, stormwater)
- Coordinate with supervisors to ensure safety is integrated into daily operations
- Promote a culture of safety through visibility, consistency, and strong interpersonal relationships
- Minimum of 10 years combined experience in construction and/or safety roles. OSHA 30-hour certification required; CHST or CSP is a plus

- Ability to communicate effectively across all levels of the organization
- Strong working knowledge of OSHA and environmental regulations
- Excellent organizational and documentation skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Be a trusted leader not just an enforcer in a respected precast operation
- Step into a visible, hands-on safety leadership role with support from senior leadership
- Join a stable, growing company that invests in its people and values long-term careers
- Competitive salary and full benefits package
- A high-impact role with autonomy and visibility
