Work Location: On the road (Sacramento, CA)
Duties- Water Utility/Pipeline/Water Meter Inspection.
- Utilities Water Troubleshooting.
- Hot tapping on existing water mains.
- Water system installation of new pipelines, replacement, and repairs.
- Hydrostatic Pressure testing.
- Inspection of various types of pipelines including Ductile Iron pipe.
- Inspecting various projects that include but are not limited to Watermain Replacements, Developers, Reservoirs, New Installations, etc.
- Overseeing General Contractors.
- Ensuring that the projects are in compliance with the codes, construction documents, contracts and meets client’s specifications.
- Must have project experience in tank and sanitation.
- Must be able to read drawings, plans and permits.
- Must be able to prepare daily inspection reports using Microsoft Word.
