Sacramento - Construction Inspector - Water Main & Water Meter Retrofit Project

Hourly: $60.00 - $70.00 per hour

Schedule:8 hour shift Monday to Friday

Work Location: On the road (Sacramento, CA)

• Water Utility/Pipeline/Water Meter Inspection.
• Utilities Water Troubleshooting.
• Hot tapping on existing water mains.
• Water system installation of new pipelines, replacement, and repairs.
• Hydrostatic Pressure testing.
• Inspection of various types of pipelines including Ductile Iron pipe.
• Inspecting various projects that include but are not limited to Watermain Replacements, Developers, Reservoirs, New Installations, etc.
• Overseeing General Contractors.
• Ensuring that the projects are in compliance with the codes, construction documents, contracts and meets client’s specifications.

• Must have project experience in tank and sanitation.
• Must be able to read drawings, plans and permits.
• Must be able to prepare daily inspection reports using Microsoft word.

NO PER DIEM. These are W2, long-term jobs with full benefits. NO relocation packages.
