Base pay range: $91,400.00/yr - $/yr

Based in Sacramento, California, you will work on exciting and engaging large‑scale road and highway projects and utilize your highway/roadway design expertise. You will work directly with the Northern California team, as well as the contractor and owner, to solve complex problems, take a broad perspective to identify innovative solutions, and apply functional knowledge to complex challenges. You’ll collaborate with the best engineers and project managers in the business, gain experience working directly with our clients, and be empowered to deliver bold solutions for everyday living while leading functional teams or projects and serving as a best‑practice/quality resource.

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering
• At least 8+ years of experience in transportation work with an emphasis on roadway/highway
• Professional Engineer License (PE) or ability to obtain in one year
• Proficiency in Civil3D, Micro Station and Inroads
• Experience with plans preparation

• Experience with multi‑discipline infrastructure engineering design and construction projects
• Previous California Department of Transportation experience
