** YOUR NEXT OPPORTUNITY:
** The Engineering Team Lead is an engineering management position responsible for providing technical engineering oversight and design team management for renewables engineering projects to which they are assigned. This technical management role is responsible for financial, resource allocation, logistics, and technical leadership of projects and has the capability to mentor and train staff under their supervision.##

* WHAT YOU’LL DO:

*** Possess the ability to understand project requirements and develop a design fee for the work requested.
* Prepare and oversee work plans for engineering and production resources.
* Oversee Engineers, Designers, and Modeling staff assigned to team or project work.
* Ability to communicate with Project Manager (PM) or Executive regarding the effort required to accomplish deliverables and project support. This may include developing requests for additional services for submittal to the PM or Owner.
* Lead the Engineering CAC effort and interaction with the project PM.
* Able to resolve a variety of complex problems (i.e. conflicting design requirements, unsuitability of conventional materials, difficult coordination requirements).
* Prepare and/or review engineering calculations for assigned projects.
* Act as Engineer of Record for projects within their responsibility.
* Supervise the coordination of the project with city, state, and county officials, and other regulatory agencies
* Attend project design meetings with the overall Design Build Team.
* Job Site Visits to review installation or assess current conditions.
* Perform Value Engineering studies.

** WHAT YOU’LL NEED TO BE SUCCESSFUL:
*** Proficiency of renewables engineering processes, calculations, and concepts is required.
* Working knowledge of equipment and system testing and commissioning.
* The ability to assume responsibility, interface, and coordinate with others, including PMs and Field Management, along with other trades, including MV/HV electrical, civil, structural, and SCADA.
* The ability to analyze and resolve complex engineering problems.
* The ability to oversee Engineering System Studies such as:
