• Research and analyze federal income tax issues (partnerships, S corporations, C corporations, digital assets, timing, and accounting methods).
• Assist with M&A tax structuring and internal restructuring.
• Draft emails, memos, and firm‑wide alerts on current developments in federal income tax.
• Provide support for firm‑wide training in federal income tax.
• Assist with federal domestic tax due diligence for M&A transactions.

• Minimum 3 years of progressive federal income tax consulting experience (large law firm, large accounting firm, or IRS).
• J.D. (required).

• Tax LL.M.
• Experience with partnerships, S corporations, and/or C corporations.
• Strong analytical and writing skills.
• Proficiency with tax research databases (Bloomberg BNA, RIA Checkpoint).
