Job Description

The Senior Private Client Advisor is the primary contact for our high net worth clients, managing portfolios with a focus on clients whose net worth is $1 million and above. Responsibilities include managing client relationships, assessing banking needs, and providing wealth advice, including estate and succession planning. This role involves serving the Bank's highest-value Wealth Management clients.

Position Accountabilities
  • Act as the main contact for high net worth clients in Wealth Management.
  • Develop profitable client relationships through business development skills.
  • Build relationships within the Bank’s Agribusiness Banking Division.
  • Identify client needs and offer relevant banking products and services, coordinating with tax, legal, and estate professionals.
  • Expand client portfolio via referrals to Trust Officers, Portfolio Managers, and other specialists.
  • Follow up to ensure high-quality service exceeds client expectations.
  • Monitor client portfolios proactively to strengthen relationships.
  • Engage clients in estate and succession planning processes.
  • Provide comprehensive financial advice using the full range of banking products for high net worth clients.
  • Ensure all client documentation is accurate and complete.
  • Maintain strong and effective client relationships.
  • Maintain required licenses.
  • Skills and Certifications
    • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or related field?
    • Active Series 7, 63, 65, 66, and Life Insurance licenses?
    • Experience selling Life Insurance products?
    • Experience with estate planning?
    • Experience with Trusts?
    • Experience working with high net worth Agribusiness clients?
    Ideal Candidate
    • Experience as a Private Banker with high net worth Agribusiness clients.
    • Fully licensed (Series 7, 65 or 66, and Life Insurance).
    • Experience selling Life Insurance.
    • Prior employment at Wells Fargo, US Bank, Northwestern Mutual, NY Life, or Prudential preferred.
