You must be able to work with a team. You will be working closely with the Project Finance team and Contract Managers to ensure accuracy of invoices. You must be driven by deadlines, capable of thriving in a fast-paced environment, well-organized, and meticulous in your work.

• Prepare and review closeout invoices utilizing financial reports and final rates to ensure compliance with deliverable deadlines.
• Analyze, research and resolve prior billings.
• Initiate communications with internal and external customers to start preparation of final closeout billing.
• Ability to work in a team environment. You will work closely with Project Finance team and Contract Managers to ensure accuracy of invoices.

• Bachelor’s Degree Accounting, Finance or related field and a minimum of 2 years of prior related experience. Graduate Degree or equivalent Accounting, Finance or related field with 0 to 2 years of prior related experience.

• Experience in processing and validating project type (Time& Material (T&M), Firm Fixed Price (FFP), or Cost-plus (CP) invoices.
• Proficiency in MS Office Applications (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Excel)
• Excellent verbal, interpersonal and written communication skills
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and decision-making capabilities
• Team player with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
• Must be deadline driven, organized and detail oriented.
• Experience with Commercial/Government Contracts, Program Finance (PFA), Defense Finance and Accounting Service (DFAS), Defense Contract Audit Agency (DCAA) or Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR)
• Experience with payment systems like WAWF, Exo Star, IPP, MPO, Via Sat, or PLSC
• Understanding Cancelling Funds would be beneficial, but not mandatory
• Previous experience with Costpoint, Peoplesoft, and SAP Systems would be beneficial, but not mandatory

In compliance with pay transparency requirements, the salary range for this role in California, Massachusetts, New Jersey, Washington, and the Greater

D.C, Denver, or NYC areas is $61,500-$114,500. The salary range for this role in Colorado state, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, New York state, and Vermont is $54,000-$100,000. This is not a guarantee of compensation or salary, as final offer amount may vary based on factors including but not limited to experience and geographic location. L3
