Experienced Mortgage Loan Partner - Spanish Speaking Preferred

Top‑producing Loan Officers in Sacramento are looking for a Licensed Loan Officer Partner who is a self‑starter, efficient multitasker, great with people, has a positive attitude, and loves working. This position will be split between mortgage responsibilities and marketing responsibilities.

This role will work directly with our top‑producing loan officers and borrowers to provide a seamless and expedient mortgage process with white‑glove customer service.

• Prepare documents for processing during the contract phase.
• Assist the Loan Officer in lead conversion and creating a “wow” experience for each client.
• Analyze customer credit, review income and asset documents, and structure a loan.
• Coordinate with borrowers, processors, and other parties to move the loan from “contact to close.”
• Support Loan Officers so they can focus on originating more loans.

• At least 3 years of professional office experience and one year of mortgage experience (2‑5+ years preferred).
• Mortgage license is ideal; willingness to obtain one is sufficient.
• Self‑starter, multi‑tasker, excellent interpersonal skills, positive attitude, and a passion for customer service.
• Spanish speaking preferred.

Full‑time in‑office position. Salary $40,000 – $100,000 yearly, including hourly, overtime, commission, and bonuses.
