Finance Search Partners is working exclusively on a CFO search with a Sacramento non‑profit with a $100 million plus budget. Key responsibilities include developing financial strategies aligned with the mission, ensuring regulatory compliance, and collaborating with CEO and leadership team. Manage cash flow, investments, and financial risks, and provide financial leadership and mentorship to finance and accounting team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in CEO strategic partnership, cross‑functional leadership, and corporate board governance.

• Collaborate with the CEO and leadership team to develop and implement organizational policies and strategic initiatives
• Act as a strategic advisor to the executive team, providing financial insights and recommendations
• Create and execute a 10‑year business plan that will increase impact 5X
• Create annual budgets, KPIs, and reporting tools to proactively drive performance
• Oversee cash management, risk management, regulatory compliance, and company audits
• Prepare financial statements and reports
• Lead and mentor internal finance and accounting team

• Previous CFO experience with large organization
• Fintech expertise and scaling payment solutions for rapidly growing organizations
• Strong ERP systems
• Non‑profit or private board governance best practices
• 10 – 15 years’ of finance experience
• CPA or MBA preferred
