• Maintain a robust pipeline, funding at least two loans per month
• Expertly navigate the loan origination process from application to closing
• Provide strategic advice on home loan options tailored to each client's needs
• Ensure compliance with underwriting standards and regulatory requirements
• Collaborate with the #Champion of Loans Team to deliver seamless customer experiences

• Spanish‑speaking is preferred
• Active NMLS License (or in the process of obtaining one)
• DFPI endorsement (or willingness to achieve)
• Minimum 2 years of mortgage lending or related experience
• Strong communication skills and customer service orientation
• Ability to manage multiple priorities with meticulous attention to detail
• Proficiency in industry‑standard software and the Microsoft Office suite

$250,000+ commission based only.
