Legislative and Public Records Act Analyst
Under the general direction of the Staff Services Manager I, the Associate Governmental Program Analyst (AGPA) serves as the analyst for Public Records Act requests, legislation, publications, regulations, reports and special projects for the Division of Law Enforcement, Office of the Chief. Acts as division’s liaison and representative with the Department’s Office of Legislative Affairs. Conducts training for legislation/regulation/publication/public records act analysts.
The AGPA must possess good interpersonal skills and extensive knowledge of Division and Department policies and procedures.
Associate Governmental Program Analyst / Analyst II – Title change effective January 1, 2026.
