The City of Sacramento is hiring Police Officer Recruits who will enter a rigorous POST Basic Course Police Academy to become Police Officers. Recruits must pass a comprehensive background investigation, polygraph, medical and drug tests, and meet physical requirements.
The role starts in a developmental capacity with advancement upon academy graduation. Applicants must be 18+, possess a California driver license, and successfully complete the academy to progress into the Police Officer
