Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) – New Grads and Experienced BCBAs Welcome. TES Therapy | Sacramento Area | Full-Time or Part-Time | Hybrid (in-person with remote flexibility)

Pay range: $38.50 - $44.51/hr*

Expectations:

• Provide one-to-one support to the client, parents, and behaviorists in a school, clinic, and/or home setting
• Develop behavioral strategies and create a behavior plan to best meet the needs of each client
• Train, supervise, and mentor your team of behaviorists by using the principles of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA)
• Maintain detailed and accurate records, including strategies, techniques, and modification changes to behavior plans

Minimum Requirements:

• Master's degree in Special Education, Applied Behavior Analysis, or a related field
• A valid BCBA certificate
• Access to a mobile phone (for email) & basic internet (if working offsite)
• Must clear a current background check through the FBI and DOJ
• A current TB Test (within the last 6 months)
• Reliable transportation and hold appropriate automobile insurance with limits that allow driving a personal vehicle for work (25/50k liability coverage)
