Pay Range: $16.90 – $20.72 per hour. Actual pay is based on experience and skills.

• Ensure high‑quality patient care and maintain a professional environment.
• Understand ocular terminology and abbreviations.
• Explain preliminary examinations to patients.
• Complete paperwork and perform tests prior to the doctor’s examination.
• Promote visual‑field testing and retinal screenings to eligible patients.
• Review prescriptions and patient information and identify special needs; consult as required.
• Maintain equipment for doctor and pre‑test rooms.

• Previous retail/optical experience preferred, but not required.
• Strong customer service and clear communication skills.
• Organizational, multitasking, and time‑management abilities.
• Attention to detail, professional demeanor and appearance.
