Position: Behavior Analyst (BCBA) - Hybrid

We’re Offering
  • Full earning potential $80,000 to $105,000 based on experience, skills, tenure, and geography.
  • Bonus:
    Attainable monthly/quarterly bonus opportunity ($35,000+ in your first three years – we'll show you how during the first interview).
  • Hybrid role:
    Combination of in‑home, school, and/or center‑based supervision support and telehealth, with remote flexibility of up to 50% of your in‑home cases.
  • Initial onboarding support: 60+ hours of comprehensive training during the first 3‑4 weeks covering clinical best practices, Central Reach, goal writing, clinical problem solving, CPT codes, and telehealth assessments. Weekly office hours and 1:1 support are available as needed.
  • Education and mentorship:
    Monthly CEUs, an annual in‑house conference featuring leading researchers, and opportunities to lead sponsored research initiatives.
  • Benefits highlights: 23 days off annually (including 1 floating holiday and 15 days of PTO that accrue from day 1).
  • Flexible schedule:
    Work‑from‑home options with Monday‑Friday flexibility in the mornings and afternoons up to 6 pm, with a preference for one to two evenings per week until 8:30 pm. Saturday work only if you choose to schedule make‑up sessions.
  • No contracts or non‑compete agreements; employment is fully at‑will.

What You’ll Be Doing
  • Lead by example and support behavior technicians with effective supervision, ensuring reliable implementation of treatment plans.
  • Conduct functional behavior assessments and develop innovative ABA programs, continuously evaluating client needs and providing parent education.
  • Remain calm and professional in challenging situations, adapt to change with flexibility, and seek growth opportunities.
  • Communicate proactively, take initiative, and foster a safe environment for collaboration and knowledge sharing.
What We’re Looking For
  • Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) qualification from the BACB.
  • Will undergo a criminal background check, TB test, pre‑employment physical exam, and receive/maintain immunizations for MMR/VZV (covered by the company).
  • Experience in ABA supervision and program development.
