Job description:
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Medical Assistant/Scribe to join our fast-paced OB/GYN practice, assisting providers closely. The MA/Scribe will be responsible for but not limited to:
- Real-time charting in electronic medical record
- Retrieving and reviewing medical records for physician review
- Documenting results
- Initiate referral process and other orders under physician supervision
- Triaging patients (vitals, confirm chief complaint)
- Assist with in-office procedures
- Administer injectables
- Experience working as a Medical Scribe and/or Medical Assistant
- Knowledge of EMR system, EPIC preferred
- Medical Terminology- preferably OB/GYN
- Ability to work in fast paced setting
- Minimum typing speed 60 wpm
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to travel to all 4 office locations. Please see our website for complete list of locations:
