IVF Laboratory Director – Northern California
We are seeking an experienced IVF Laboratory Director to lead a state-of-the-art reproductive laboratory which processes 1200 egg retrievals per year. The successful candidate will oversee daily lab operations, ensure the highest standards of embryology practice, maintain regulatory compliance, and support outstanding clinical outcomes across all ART services.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and mentor the embryology team
- Oversee quality management, KPIs, and lab accreditation
- Manage ART procedures including ICSI, vitrification, PGT workflows
- Collaborate closely with physicians and clinical leadership on best practices
- PhD (preferred) or MS in a biological science
- ABB certification as HCLD (High-Complexity Laboratory Director) or ELD (Embryology Laboratory Director) required or eligibility in progress
- Minimum 5–7 years of senior embryology/IVF lab experience
- Strong knowledge of CLIA, CAP, FDA, and CDC ART reporting standards
