Job Title:
Director - Talent Partner

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end recruiting for assigned roles.
- Review resumes and conduct phone screens.
- Build and maintain talent pipelines, including passive candidates.
- Partner with hiring managers and provide hiring updates.
- Support employer branding and recruiting initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with hiring regulations

Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- Recruiting experience (5+ years) with strong communication and organization skills.

Qualifications:
bNice to have experience in Mortgage / Banking domain.

Location:
This is Hybrid Role (Sacramento, California)
bSalary Range:
The salary for this position is between $60000 - $80000 annually. Factors which may affect pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
