Director - Talent Partner

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end recruiting for assigned roles.
• Review resumes and conduct phone screens.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines, including passive candidates.
• Partner with hiring managers and provide hiring updates.
• Support employer branding and recruiting initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with hiring regulations

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Recruiting experience (5+ years) with strong communication and organization skills.

bNice to have experience in Mortgage / Banking domain.

Location:

This is Hybrid Role (Sacramento, California)

bSalary Range:
The salary for this position is between $60000 - $80000 annually. Factors which may affect pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
