Position Overview /Responsibilities for the Application Analyst:- Engage in a 50-week contract to configure, build, and support Epic modules, particularly for Compass Rose Specialty Pharmacy, Population Health, and Willow Ambulatory.
- Collaborate with project managers, clinicians, and technical teams to design and optimize workflows for specialty pharmacy operations.
- Participate in project planning, testing, and validation activities to ensure timely and accurate implementation.
- Troubleshoot, resolve, and document application issues, escalating as needed to senior analysts or Epic support.
- Assist with the integration of specialty pharmacy workflows into existing Epic infrastructure.
- Minimum of 3 years of Epic build/support experience.
- Certification in Epic Willow Ambulatory, Epic Specialty Pharmacy (Compass Rose), or Epic Population Health is strongly preferred.
- Experience with pharmacy-related Epic projects, especially in specialty or ambulatory settings.
- Strong understanding of clinical workflows and ability to translate requirements into Epic build solutions.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams.
