Chief Technology & Product Officer

The Chief Technology & Product Officer (CTPO) will be responsible for setting and executing the organization’s technology and product vision, strategy, and roadmap. This executive role combines product management and technology leadership to drive innovation, ensure scalability, and deliver customer-centric solutions that support business growth. The CTPO will oversee product development, engineering, and technology operations while collaborating with cross-functional leaders to align on strategic goals

• Define and execute the company’s technology and product strategy aligned with business objectives.
• Lead product management, engineering, and technology operations to deliver innovative, scalable, and secure solutions.
• Oversee product lifecycle management, from concept to launch to ongoing improvement.
• Build and mentor high-performing product and technology teams with a focus on innovation, agility, and accountability.
• Collaborate with executive leadership to drive digital transformation, operational efficiency, and competitive advantage.
• Ensure best-in-class security, compliance, and risk management practices.
• Establish and manage KPIs to measure product performance, user satisfaction, and technology reliability.
• Stay current on emerging technologies, market trends, and customer needs to shape long-term strategy.

• Proven experience (10+ years) in product and technology leadership, with at least 5 years in an executive role.
• Demonstrated success in leading cross-functional teams and managing large-scale product initiatives.
• Track record of building and scaling products in a high-growth environment.

• Strong technical background with expertise in software development, architecture, and modern technology stacks.
• Strategic thinker with strong business acumen and the ability to align technology with business goals.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills with the ability to inspire teams and influence stakeholders.

Compensation: $200,000 - $300,000
