Onsite Professional Position
This is a Manager level assignment. Our client will not be onsite. The Onsite Professional plays a key role in ensuring that conference sessions run smoothly, professionally, and on time. This position requires a blend of technical know-how, strong communication skills, and the ability to manage live sessions in a fast‑paced environment. There will be twos Professionals onsite.
The client is requesting Professionals that have extensive experience with Speaker Mangement.

- Client requests that you wear professional business attire.
- Client requests that you confirm receipt of correspondence.
- Client may require you to participate in a pre-event conference call. You will be paid for this time.
The client requests that you support registration and meet and greet the Chair and Speakers. You will work with the in-room audio technician to ensure AV equipment is set up and functioning properly, troubleshoot slides, microphones, and other AV issues in real time, and manage presentations and holding slides on the podium laptop.
You will ensure sessions start and end on time, discreetly cue speakers with 10-minute and 5-minute warning signs if needed, and coordinate smooth transitions between speakers and sessions. Additional responsibilities include managing live polling and Q&A via Slido, as well as coordinating panel or fireside chat speaker meet-ups 15 minutes prior to each session outside the room.
Scheduled room breaks will also serve as break time for Speaker Managers, with the understanding that you return 10 minutes before the break ends to ensure speakers are prepared for the next session.
