As we continue to expand our reach, we are seeking a talented and motivated Associate Web Developer with experience working with Drupal and Word Press to join our dynamic team.

As an Associate Web Developer at CTS, you will play a key role in creating, maintaining, and improving client websites. You will be responsible for ensuring the security and functionality of web applications, designing user-friendly interfaces, and implementing responsive designs. Your ability to collaborate effectively with team members and clients will be essential in delivering high-quality solutions that meet business needs.

• Design and develop accessible, responsive, and visually appealing user interfaces using Drupal and Word Press websites to ensure usability on all devices and improve user engagement.
• Participate in Agile development processes, including sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
• Keep websites and plugins up-to-date and secure while delivering clients’ website specifications.
• Monitor and maintain security best practices and performance standards.
• Collaborate with the lead and senior developers, designers, project managers, and coordinators to gather requirements and suggest solutions.
• Work with the support team to identify, troubleshoot, and resolve production issues.
• Test to ensure security, stability, and performance.
• Ensure compliance with WCAG 2.1 AA standards.
• Keep up to date with UI/UX trends, platform updates, and security practices, then incorporate them into your development workflows.

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, graphic design, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
• 5+ years of experience with Drupal and Word Press.
• Knowledge of CMS architecture, including custom content types, taxonomies, and menus.
• Understanding responsive design and accessibility standards.
• Proficiency in debugging and patching code, UI/UX design, and following best practices.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Proven ability to learn rapidly and utilize new knowledge efficiently.

• $36.06 per hour to $40.87 per hour
