PVA​/Copilot Studio Engineer

We are seeking an experienced engineer to design and support intelligent, AI-powered conversational solutions using Power Virtual Agents (PVA) and Copilot Studio
. You’ll work with business and technical teams to build advanced chatbots, automate workflows, and integrate solutions across the Power Platform and enterprise systems.

• Develop and maintain conversational bots using PVA and Copilot Studio
• Build conversational flows, topics, triggers, and generative AI features
• Integrate bots with Power Automate, Dataverse, SharePoint, Dynamics 365, and third-party APIs
• Create reusable components, connectors, and automation patterns
• Analyze bot performance and user interactions to drive continuous improvements
• Gather requirements and translate them into conversational designs
• Ensure solutions follow security, governance, and responsible AI standards
• Troubleshoot issues and support production deployments

• Hands‑on experience with PVA and/or Copilot Studio
• Strong understanding of conversational design and user experience
• Experience with Power Automate and low‑code development
• Knowledge of Dataverse, REST APIs, and JSON
• Ability to turn business needs into clear technical logic and flows
• Strong communication and problem‑solving skills

• Exposure to Azure services (Bot Framework, Azure Functions, Cognitive Services)
• Experience with generative AI or prompt engineering
• Familiarity with OAuth and Azure AD
• Power Platform certifications (PL‑200, AI‑102)
