As a Service Now Regional Sales Director, (RSD), you will be responsible for driving sales growth by identifying new business opportunities, managing customer relationships, and delivering tailored Service Now solutions that solve critical business challenges. You will be part of a high‑performing team that partners with customers across industries to accelerate their digital transformation using the Service Now platform.
The Work:- Drive net‑new business within a defined territory or industry vertical
- Develop and execute strategic account plans that align Service Now’s value proposition with customer needs
- Manage the end‑to‑end sales cycle, including lead generation, qualification, proposal development, negotiation, and closing
- Collaborate with internal teams including solution consultants, practice leads, marketing, alliance and partners to deliver compelling customer experiences
- Build and maintain relationships with key decision‑makers and stakeholders (C‑suite, IT leaders, etc.)
- Accurately forecast sales activity and revenue through CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce)
- Stay current with Service Now offerings, industry trends, and competitors
Travel may be required for this role (the amount of travel will vary from 0% to 25% depending on business need and client requirements)
Here’s what you need:- Minimum of 5 years of B2B software sales experience, preferably in Enterprise SaaS or IT Service Management
- Minimum of 2 years of Service Now (or similar product) selling experience
- Minimum of three years' experience building trusted partnerships with clients/customers (including providing guidance through complex functional and/or technical decisions) and meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years) work experience. (If associate’s degree, must have minimum 6 years work experience)
Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience. As required by local law, Accenture provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired as set forth below.
