IT Analyst – California Governor's Office of Business and Economic Development (GO-Biz)

Job Description and Duties

• Provide comprehensive technical support and IT services to staff of the Governor’s Office of Business and Economic Development (GO‑Biz), ensuring technology systems desviate efficiently, securely and are aligned with the organization’s business needs and strategic goals.
• Diagnose and resolve etahi issues related to hardware, software, network connectivity, and enterprise software solutions.
• Provide Tier I and Tier II support, manage service tickets and elevate escalations as needed.
• Contribute to the design, testing, and deployment of new IT solutions, focusing on improving efficiency, reliability, and user experience across the organization.
• Assist in new‑hire IT onboarding, including Microsoft 365 account creation, assignment of appropriate roles, permissions and licenses, and device imaging and deployment.

Working Conditions

Hybrid: eligible for a hybrid telework schedule and required to report in person at the Sacramento headquarters twice a week.
