UST is searching for an experienced Power BI Developer with 8+ years of experience in designing, developing, and maintaining business intelligence solutions. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Power BI, SQL, data modeling, and dashboard development, with the ability to transform complex datasets into actionable business insights

• Design, develop, and deploy interactive Power BI dashboards and reports.
• Gather business requirements and translate them into analytical and reporting solutions.
• Develop and optimize complex SQL queries, views, and stored procedures.
• Create and maintain data models, measures, and calculations using DAX.
• Perform data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) activities.
• Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and report performance optimization.
• Work closely with business stakeholders to understand reporting needs and deliver impactful insights.
• Troubleshoot report issues and provide ongoing support and enhancements

This position description identifies the responsibilities and tasks typically associated with the performance of the position. Other relevant essential functions may be required.

• 8+ years of experience in Power BI development.
• Strong expertise in Power BI, DAX, Power Query, and dashboard design.
• Advanced SQL skills with experience in query optimization.
• Strong understanding of data modeling concepts, including Star and Snowflake schemas.
• Experience with ETL processes and data integration.
• Knowledge of data warehousing concepts.
• Experience working with large-scale datasets and performance tuning.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
