, a Sacramento-based IT consulting company, is seeking a skilled Servicenow Lead Engineer
for a project with one of our California State clients.
- Service Now HRSD Certification - Human Resources Service Delivery Implementation
- Service Now in System Admin Certification
- Bachelor's Degree
- 5 years IT - 3 years lead
- MUST HAVE 3 years' Service Now experience:
Qualifications:
- Proven experience with HRSD (Human Resources Service Delivery) for timekeeping and project management within Service Now.
- Strong background in developing custom workflow applications and configuring/installing new Service Now modules.
- Expertise in creating and managing workflows, dashboards, and reports in Service Now.
- In-depth knowledge of Oracle database schema and querying techniques is essential.
- Experience in defining data mapping between Oracle databases and Service Now.
- Hands-on experience with Service Now Integration Hub for connecting and integrating with other systems.
- Proficiency in working with Service Now REST and SOAP APIs.
- Desirable:
- Service Now Certified Technical Architect
