Responsibilities As a Business Analyst you will be responsible for analyzing an organization and designing its processes and systems assessing the business model and its integration with technology Your day to day activities will include assessing the current state identifying customer requirements and defining the future state and business solutions You will research gather and synthesize information to support decision making You are expected to be a subject matter expert collaborate and manage the team to perform effectively take responsibility for team decisions engage with multiple teams contribute to key decisions and provide solutions to problems within your immediate team and across multiple teams Master proficiency in Health Informatics is required Expert proficiency in Epic Systems is recommended Expert proficiency in Business Process Analysis Tools Business Process Design SQL Data Analysis and Electronic Health Records EHR is suggested

• Develop comprehensive process models and documentation to support business transformation initiatives
• Collaborate closely with stakeholders to ensure alignment between business needs and technology solutions
• Provide insightful analysis to identify opportunities for improving operational efficiency and customer experience
• Support less experienced colleagues by sharing knowledge and best practices within the team
• Contribute to the evaluation and selection of tools and methodologies that enhance project delivery and quality

• 3 years of experience in a technical role
• High School Diploma / GED

• Expert proficiency in Epic Systems
• Expert proficiency in Business Process Analysis Tools
• Business Process Design SQL
• Data Analysis and Electronic Health Records EHR
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years) work experience. (If Associate’s Degree, must have minimum 6 years work experience)

Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience.
