Morgan & Morgan is looking for an experienced Personal Injury Attorney to join its quickly growing practice of plaintiff's personal injury lawyers and supporting case staff in Sacramento. The attorney will handle a heavy and complex case load from pre‑litigation, litigation, trial prep and trial. Cases may include representing plaintiffs in motor vehicle accidents including trucking.

• Our attorneys are privy to world‑class case docket management software, litigation resources, and a wealth of benefits in service of optimization and case development.

• Day‑to‑day handling of both pre‑litigation and litigation cases in and around the Sacramento area
• Drafting and filing litigation documents including pleadings, discovery requests and responses, demands, motions and memoranda of law
• Guiding plaintiff clients through the case process
• Interacting with expert witnesses including conference calls, drafting of expert reports and affidavits
• Attending and preparing for depositions, mediations, hearings and court appearances

• Law degree (J.D./JD/Juris Doctor) from an accredited law school
• Active member in good standing with the California Bar
• Minimum 5+ years of personal injury premises liability experience
• Civil jury trial experience preferred
• Ability to manage a high volume of pre‑litigation and litigation cases
• Excellent client service and communication skills
• Self‑starter driven by long‑term career goals
• Superior writing and oral advocacy skills

Salary Range: $75,000 — $100,000 USD. Compensation includes a base salary, non‑recoverable draw and standard commission fees/bonuses, along with a full benefits package. Each litigator will have a large case staff, including a dedicated paralegal and a dedicated legal assistant.
