A highly regarded Sacramento‑based law firm with one of California’s leading real estate and business practices is seeking a Transactional Associate Attorney to join their accomplished team. The group handles sophisticated commercial real estate and business transactions throughout the state.

$145,000–$165,000 per year

• California Bar License (in good standing)
• 1–4 years of legal experience in real estate or business transactions
• Strong academic record and excellent writing and analytical skills
• Demonstrated commitment to client service
• Ability to manage multiple projects efficiently, meet deadlines, and produce high‑quality work
• Sound judgment, initiative, and collaborative team orientation

• Competitive base salary: $145,000 – $165,000 (depending on class year and experience)
