We are looking for an experienced Premises Liability Personal Injury Attorney to join our growing Sacramento office. The role will handle a complex, heavy caseload from pre‑litigation through trial, representing plaintiffs in slip‑and‑fall, security negligence, wrongful death, dog bite, animal attack and other cases in Sacramento.
Compensation & Benefits• Base salary $75,000 – $100,000
• Guaranteed commission, uncapped bonuses

• Dedicated paralegal and legal assistant on each case
- Day‑to‑day handling of pre‑litigation and litigation cases
- Drafting and filing pleadings, discovery requests/responses, demands, motions, memoranda of law
- Guiding plaintiff clients through the case process
- Coordinating with expert witnesses, drafting reports and affidavits
- Preparing and attending depositions, mediations, hearings, and court appearances
- J.D. from an accredited law school
- Good standing with the State Bar of California (CA required)
- Minimum 5 years of personal injury / premises liability experience
- Ability to manage a high volume of pre‑litigation and litigation cases
- Excellent client service and communication skills
- Superior writing and oral advocacy skills
